Mrs. Edith Briles Hoover Passes Away

BENNETT — Mrs. Edith Briles Hoover, 75, passed Oct. 9, 2006, at Mariner Health Care in Asheboro. Funeral service will be Oct. 12th at 3 p.m. at Sawyersville Wesleyan Church; Rev. Darrell Rabon and the Rev. James Brewer officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Native of Randolph County, the widow of Herman W. Hoover and she attended Brown’s Chapel Christian Church in Spies. Survivors are daughter, June Hoover Albright and husband, Gary, of Bennett; son, Darrell W. Hoover and wife, Loretta, of Asheboro; sister, Lala Briles Pitts of Colfax; five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.-Joyce-Brady
