James Lewis Briles Dies

WINCHESTER-James Lewis Briles, 49, passed Fri., April 16, 2010 at the Clark Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Wed., April 21 at Scobee Funeral Home; Rev. Lee Cruse officiating. Burial will be in the Winchester Cemetery. Born in New Albany, IN on Oct. 7, 1960 to the late Charles L. and Elizabeth Caroline Reffitt Briles. Preceded in death by his sister, Cathy Lynne Briles. Survived by his wife, Vickie Watkins Briles; a son, Darrel J. Boshers, Jr. (Ashley Mills) of NC; four daughters, Lori Rogers (Richard) of Winchester, Cherri R. Madhat (Jacob Leach) of Winchester, Tabitha A. Davis (Tommy Leach) of Winchester, and Kimberly Lynn Walker (Scott Blaisdell) of Nicholasville; six grandchildren, Dalton Rogers, Shawn Davis, Seth Williams, Emily Rogers, Kaiden Boshers, and Ashley Rogers; a brother, Kenneth N. Briles of Winchester; three sisters, Linda Creech of Clay City, Anna Profitt of Winchester, and Patricia K. Briles of Paris; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
