He was born August 11, 1970 in High Point, NC to Gerald and Alice Royals. He was preceded in death by his mother Alice Royals as well as his grandparents. Scott is survived by his wife Eleanor Royals; daughter, Sara Royals; and father, Jerry Royals. No information regarding burial or cremation.
Mr. Royals' great great grandmother is Fatima Briles Floyd.
