Peggy Small Beane

 


Mrs. Peggy Small Beane, 76, of Bob Loflin Rd., Denton, NC 27239 passed away on Monday, November 11, 2024, at her residence.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, Nov. 15, at Pleasant Grove Church with Rev. Brett Chappell officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.

Mrs. Beane was born on October 24, 1948, in Davidson County, NC to Clyde Lespy Small and Magdalene Hulin Small. 

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Henry Wade Small.

She is survived by her husband, Clinard Beane of the home; daughter, Anita Dunn and her husband Terry; brothers, Roy Small of Trinity and Ronald Small and his wife Barbara of Asheboro; sister, Janice Hoover and Randall Loflin of Asheboro; several nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog Marley.

Rev. Mark Howard Kearns

Rev. Mark Howard Kearns, 59, passed Monday, November 4, 2024 at Forsyth Medical Center.

Celebration of Mark's Life will be held on at 3 p.m. Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Parkview Church of God, Winston Salem, NC with Rev. Bobby Dishman & Rev. Darrell Greene officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 1 until 3 p.m.

Mark was born on January 7, 1965 in High Point, NC, a son of the late Gene Allen Kearns & Mary Hennis Kearns.

Surviving are son, Wade Kearns of Kernersville, daughter, Hannah (Andrew) Willard of Tobaccoville, his former wife and friend, Donna Trent Kearns of Kernersville; brothers, Johnny (Karen) Kearns of Winston-Salem, Charlie (Tracy) Kearns of Kernersville, Clark (Judy) Kearns of Denver, and a sister Rosie (Tony) Brady of Thomasville, and a host of nieces and nephews.
