Sybil Crotts Jermane Dies

Sybil Crotts Jermane, age 89 of New London, NC died Tuesday, December 11 at The Lutheran Home in Albemarle. Graveside service will 3:00 pm Thursday, Dec. 13, 2012 at Taylors Grove Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Rev. Derald Smith. Born April 30, 1923 in Davidson County to John Ollie Crotts and Maggie Bell Sidden Crotts. She was married to Paul Thomas Jermane who preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by sons, Kenny (Sprout) Jermane and Sam Jermane, a daughter Bonnie Shaver, sisters Avonell McVey and Fleta Ford and brother J. O. Crotts. Survived by one son, Ronald Dean (Screwdriver) Jermane of New London; daughters, Paula Forrest of New London, Deborah Jermane of Albemarle and Jackie Drew of Gold Hill; sister Bobbie Lou Rosser of Marshall; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
