Robert "Ralo" Andrew Baham

 

Robert “Ralo” Andrew Baham, age 53, passed away in his home in Franklinton, Louisiana, Monday, March 20, 2023.

Visitation will be held at Lee Hill Baptist Church (11001 Lee Settlement Road, Folsom, Louisiana) on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Robert’s wishes were to be cremated. 

Robert was born on September 22, 1970 in Covington, Louisiana to parents Dupree Jackson “Jack” Baham & Katherine Briles.

He is survived by his wife, Terri Wactor Baham, of 20 years and three children: Katelynn (Andrew) Brister, Victoria & Jesse. Granddaughter Gracelynn Brister. Parents Jackson & Katherine Baham, Father in law, Wayne Wactor, a sister, Erica (Michael) Cotton, and three brothers: Dennis (Jen) Brooks, Donnie (Jamie) Brooks, and Jonathan David. Also numerous nieces & nephews.

Proceeded in death by Grandparents Clarence & Fener Baham, Walter & Faye Briles and special Aunt Victoria.

Darrell Ray Pierce

Darrell Ray Pierce, 71, of Seagrove, died March 15, 2023 at Atrium Health WFB High Point Medical Center in High Point.

Visitation, 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM, Saturday, New Center Christian Church, Seagrove and other times at the residence. Funeral Services, 2 PM, Saturday, March 18, 2023, at New Center Christian Church, Seagrove, Officiating, Dr. Jonathan Burris, Rev. Jason Frank. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents, Rayford and Cleadel Garner Pierce, and brother, Harold Pierce.

Survivors: wife, Dianne Brady Pierce, of the home, sons, Tim Pierce, and wife, Kendra, of Burlington, Jody Pierce, of Graham, sisters, Norma Clark, and husband, Jerry, of Hopewell, VA, Geraldine Hicks, and husband, Lloyd, Vickie Brown, and husband, Benjy, both of Seagrove, sister-in-law, Martha Pierce, of Seagrove, grandchildren, Zoe Pierce, Ava Pierce, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Nora Lee Pierce Myers

Nora Lee Pierce Myers, of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed March 11, 2023, at her home.

A celebration of life service will be held at Gateway Baptist Church in Winter Park, Florida on Saturday, March 18, 2023, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Bruce Mayhew officiating. A graveside service will be held on March 25, 2023, at 10 a.m. at the Poplar Ridge Friends Meeting cemetery with Tom Spainhour officiating.

Nora Lee was born on August 22, 1929, in Randolph County, North Carolina. She was a daughter of the late Harvey Allen and Tressie Robbins Pierce. She married Paul Myers on September 22, 1951. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by all twelve of her brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband, J. Paul Myers, and her three children: Randy Myers of Altamonte Springs, Julia Johnston of New Hampshire and Paula Pylant (Allen) of Altamonte Springs. Also surviving are eight grandchildren: Billy Johnston (Ivonne), Laura Banfield (Korey), David Myers (Robin), Daniel Myers (Brianna), Emily Myers, Spencer Pylant, Austin Pylant (Bethany) and Grayson Pylant (Gabrielle). She was survived by ten great-grandchildren: Benjamin, Lucia, Noah, Maryam and Nathan Johnston; Charley, Catherine and Jack Myers; Brooks Myers; and Olivia Pylant.

Mrs. Myers great grandmother is Elizabeth Rebecca Briles Robbins. Also 8 generations back to Mary Briles Rush.

Betty Louise Fosnough

Betty Louise Fosnough, 96, went to be with her Lord on Monday, February 27, 2023, at the hospice home in Fort Wayne. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 2, 2023, at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral and Cremation Service, North Chapel, Marion, IN.

Immediately following the time of visitation, a service to celebrate Betty's life will begin at 3:00 pm with Fred Stayton officiating. Entombment will take place at Gardens of Memory.

Born in Rigdon, Indiana, daughter to Stella and Marion Briles.

Betty was preceded in death by her husband, George; brothers, Maurice and Phil; and son-in-law, Stan Buck.

Survivors include her sisters, Janet (David) McCord and Evadene Turner; brother, Dick (Beverly) Briles; daughters, Karen (David) Leff of Fort Wayne, Kathy Buck of Fort Wayne, and Kim (Rob) Sellers of Tulsa; grandchildren, Jonathan Leff, James (Sarah) Leff, Jessica (Eric) Sussex, Stephanie (Kyle) Thomas, Ashley (Justin) Waterson, Brian (Rebekah) Sellers, and Blake (Madison) Sellers; and 19 great-grandchildren, whom she adored.
