Gretchen Louise Clodfelter Hunt

Gretchen Louise Clodfelter Hunt, 90, passed Monday, January 14, 2013 at High Point Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 10 AM at Bethel United Methodist Church by the Rev. Arthur Holland. Burial will be in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. The body will remain at J.C. Green & Sons Funeral Home in Thomasville until placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service. The family will be at the funeral home Thursday from 6 until 8 PM and other times at the residence. Born in Davidson County, October 4, 1922 a daughter of Alonzo Clodfelter and Grace Clodfelter Clodfelter On August 8, 1944 she was married to Raymond Junior Hunt who died May 3, 1997. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, J. Van Clodfelter and Billy Clodfelter. Surviving is a daughter, Mrs. Loretta Baker and her husband James of the home; three sisters, Olean Heter, Odessa Boles, and Suzanne Little and her husband Don, all of Thomasville. Also surviving are a grandson, Bobby Troxler and two great-grandchildren, Jacob Troxler and Savannah Troxler. Husband has Briles lineage: Shadrach & Margaret Briles Kindley
