Pamala Lynn Mancillas, 48, passed away unexpectedly as a result of a car wreck on January 1, 2013. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 6th in Ponte Vedra Methodist Church of Ponte Vedra Beach, FL.
Born in Portsmouth, VA on August 12, 1964 to the late Al Mancillas and Barbara Conklin. Survivors include her son, Joshua Craig Mancillas; brothers, Chuck Mancillas, and Ron Johnson (Sandy); sisters, Cynthia Jones (Jeff), Cathey Albertson (Keith), Paula Allen (Greg), and Penney Greene (Richard); grandchild, Rilyn Noelle; and many nieces and nephews.
No direct line to Briles however Pamala's mother is Barbara Conklin who passed in 2008. She is the daughter of the late Quincy & Carlene Black Conklin. Carlene's sister is Ivy Black Briles Garrett.
