Edward (Ed) Briles Doolittle, age 63, of San Bernardino passed at home on March 23 due to heart failure. A
celebration of life service was held at 4 pm on April 6, 2012 at the
University of Redlands Alumni House. Born in Emporia Kansas
as the first of George and Letha Briles Doolittle's four children. Survived by his mother, Letha; and his siblings, Lloyd Doolittle,
Phillip Doolittle and Lea Anne Doolittle and their families.

TRINITY-Euna Hunt Kennedy, age 95, passed Sunday, April 22, 2012. Private services was held at Hopewell United Methodist
Church in Trinity, NC. Native and lifelong resident of Randolph County, born August
4th, 1916 a daughter of the late John and Rosa Evans Hunt. Her husband of fifty two years, Albert Kennedy passed
away on December 9th, 1993.Surviving are her daughters, Carmelle
LaMarr and her husband Dr. Bobby LaMarr of Trinity and Christine Moore
and her husband Don of Maryland. Also surviving are four grandchildren,
Melinda Ellis and her husband Eric of Trinity, Phyllis McCutchen and her
husband Dr. Quinn McCutchen of Clemmons, Donna Moore of Maryland and
Michael Moore and his wife Dawn of Maryland; four great-grandchildren,

HIGH POINT-Anne Hill Fries, age 90, passed Saturday, April
21, 2012 at her residence in the arms of her daughter, Debbie. Funeral services will be
conducted Saturday, April 28th at 2:00 p.m. in Sechrest Funeral Chapel
with the Reverend Micah Ray officiating. The family will receive friends
at the funeral home on Friday evening from 7 until 8:30 p.m. Mrs. Fries
will be taken to Harrisonburg, Virginia on Monday for a visitation from
2:00 until 3:00pm in the Kyger-Trobaugh Funeral Home. A graveside
service will be conducted Monday, April 30th at 3:00 p.m. in the
Eastlawn Cemetery in Harrisonburg. Born September 27, 1921 in Thomasville to the late Cicero and Mary
Lambeth Hill. Preceded in death by her husband Ward M. Fries on November 13, 1998. (m. May 23, 1944); four sisters, five brothers, and her
husband on November 13, 1998. Surviving are her daughter; Deborah
McDonald and husband Bob of Warrenton, Virginia. She is survived by
many loving family members on both the Hill and Fries sides of the
family, including her sisters-in-law: Doris Shifflett and Vera Acker.
She is also survived by a special “grandson”, Hunter Scott, and wife
Laura of Holmen, Wisconsin.

Green & Sons Funeral Home Chapel in Thomasville with Rev. Max Shoaf officiating. Interment will follow in Holly Hill Memorial Park Cemetery. Born on January 30, 1944 in Davidson County, the daughter of Barrette and Hazel Lee Harris of Thomasville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Brianna Lee Clodfelter. On August 16, 1981, she married Jerry Dean Burchett, who survives of the home; also surviving are two sons, Christopher Reid Clodfelter and wife Kay of Lebanon, IL, and David Barrett Clodfelter and wife Dawn of Wallburg; two grandchildren, Brendan Lane Clodfelter and Connor Lee Clodfelter; and many beloved friends and cousins.

Born October 12, 1972 in Guilford County, NC to David Ray Fuller, Sr. and Bertha Lorraine Pope Hicks. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his sister Tracy Hicks, brother-in-law Jimmy Hicks, nephew J.D. Hicks, and niece Trisha Hicks.
