Radie Skeen Kennedy Dies

TRINITY-Radie Skeen Kennedy, 97 passed Monday morning in the Westchester Manor Nursing Home. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. from the Chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale with the Rev. Randy Quate officiating. Private interment will be in Hopewell United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. Born October ll, l9l4, in Randolph County, a daughter of Enos and Winnie Briles Skeen. On April 3, 1937, she married Henry Clay Kennedy, who preceded her in death on October 21, 2002. Helen Johnson Kennedy Dies

Helen Johnson Kennedy, passed Friday evening, June 22, 2012 at her residence. Memorial Service will be held Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 11 A.M. in Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church with Rev. Karen White officiating. Born April 10, 1927 in Davidson County, a daughter of Thomas Filmore Johnson and Edna Ritchie Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Johnson Green and a brother Ira Thomas Johnson. On November 19, 1949 she was married to F. Stuart Kennedy, who survives of the home. Also surviving are two daughters, Marcia Kennedy of Thomasville and Kim Kelly and her husband J.B. of Apex; a son, Harold Stuart Kennedy and wife Valerie of Thomasville; brothers, James Johnson and wife Alliene of Burlington and Robert Johnson of Thomasville; and her grandchildren, Nicole Scott, Adrien Michelle Kennedy, Thomas Weston Hawkins, Caitlin Kennedy Kelly and Alexander Stuart Kennedy. Euna Hunt Kennedy Passes

TRINITY-Euna Hunt Kennedy, age 95, passed Sunday, April 22, 2012. Private services was held at Hopewell United Methodist Church in Trinity, NC. Native and lifelong resident of Randolph County, born August 4th, 1916 a daughter of the late John and Rosa Evans Hunt. Her husband of fifty two years, Albert Kennedy passed away on December 9th, 1993.Surviving are her daughters, Carmelle LaMarr and her husband Dr. Bobby LaMarr of Trinity and Christine Moore and her husband Don of Maryland. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Melinda Ellis and her husband Eric of Trinity, Phyllis McCutchen and her husband Dr. Quinn McCutchen of Clemmons, Donna Moore of Maryland and Michael Moore and his wife Dawn of Maryland; four great-grandchildren, Jessica McClure and her husband Pastor Jeremiah McClure, Nathaniel Ellis, Jocelyn Jackson, Trevor Jackson and three great-great-grandchildren, Selah McClure and Meraya McClure and Amiah McClure.
