Bobbie Eugene Crotts Sr., 83, passed Sunday, October 14, 2012, at Forsyth Medical Center. Funeral will be 11 a.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012, at Becks Reformed Church; Rev. Gerald Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2012, at Davidson Funeral Home and other times at the home. Born April 1, 1929, in Davidson County, to James C. Crotts and Clatie Smith Crotts. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Irene Younts Crotts, who died on July 19, 2007. Surviving are his wife, Della Moore Jenkins Crotts of the home; sons, Bradley Crotts and wife Michelle of Monroe, Eugene Crotts and wife Brenda of Green Core Springs, Fl.; daughter, Vickie Angell and husband Nat of Lexington; stepchildren, Donna Edwards and husband Tim of Lexington and Tim Kesler and wife Linda of Churchland; grandchildren, Brandon Crotts, Tyler Crotts, Madeline Crotts, Alexanderia Crotts, Bobbie J. Crotts and wife PJ, Athena Brummett and husband Randall, Tad Angell and wife Deanne, Jennifer Brink and husband Nate; stepgrandchildren, Chris Edwards and wife Heather, and Nick and wife Beth; 13 great-grandchildren; brothers, Hollis Crotts and wife Julia of Lexington, and Druid Crotts and wife Sarah of Yelm, Wa; and sister, Patsy Ashby of Lexington.
