William Hubert "Bill" Caviness Dies

William Hubert "Bill" Caviness, age 87, of Ramseur died Wednesday, October 17, 2012 at Randolph Hospital. Family will receive friends Friday, October 19, 2012 from 6 to 8 pm at Pugh Funeral Home in Asheboro. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 11:00 am at Calvary United Methodist Church with Rev. Barry Lemon, Rev. Lee Pollock and Rev. David Spaulding officiating. Burial with military honors by the Randolph County Honor Guard will follow at Randolph Memorial Park. Born December 11, 1924 in Moore County to Artis Bascom and Sankie Teague Caviness. Survived by his wife, Betty Skeen Caviness; son, Mike Caviness and his wife Angie of Coleridge; daughter, Pam Teague and her husband Harold of Erect; grandchildren, Rodney Caviness of Coleridge, Clay Teague of Erect, Leslie Caviness of Asheboro, Kim Teague of Erect.
