Delmer Smith III Sentenced to Life without Parole!

BREAKING NEWS-Delmer Smith III has been sentenced to life without parole for the armed home invasion robbery and armed kidnapping in Sarasota County, Florida. Smith is also accused of 10 other home invasion robberies -- five in Manatee County and five in Sarasota County -- that took place between February and May 2009. Now the stage is set for a July 2012 murder trial involving Smith. He is accused of killing Kathleen Briles, wife of prominent doctor, Dr. James Briles of Florida.
