UPDATE: Murder of Michael Briles in Florida

Devante C. Kinsley, 28, has been formally charged with the murder of Michael Briles. On October 14, 2020, Kinsley waived his right to arraignment in Manatee County Circuit Court and a not-guilty plea was entered on his behalf. He is charged with second degree murder with a firearm and armed robbery with a firearm, both are life offenses. Kinsley co-thug, Tyler Sagar was formally charged with principal to second degree murder with a firearm after waiving his inital appearance on July 21st. Sagar did not fight extradition from Michigan, however Kinsley fough it and lost. Michael Briles was murdered during an armed robbery on Oct. 17, 2020 in Bradenton, Florida.
