Kenneth M. Briles, 60, of Howard City, died Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at his home. The family will receive friends Friday from 6-8 pm at the Bliss-Witters & Pike Funeral Home, Cedar Springs and Saturday from 12 noon until time of service at 1:00 pm. Mr. Robert Shaffer officiating. Interment Ft. Custer National Cemetery, Augusta. Born December 2, 1953 in Grand Rapids, MI the son of Wayne and Sheldrick (Carter) Briles. Surviving are his wife, Irene whom he married on April 20, 1974; children, RoxAnne (Joe) Heasley, Bryson (Lisa) Briles; grandchildren, Mista, Jerzy, Kaleb, Meisha, Cody, and Megan; great grandchildren, LaTaya and Lilliana; eight brothers and sisters; many nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
