Essie Williams Harrison Passes

TRINITY-Mrs. Essie Elizabeth Williams Harrison, 80, passed Saturday, March 12, 2011 at the Hospice Home at High Point. A celebration of life service will be held 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 15, 2011 in the chapel of Cumby Family Funeral Service in Archdale. Interment will follow in Floral Garden Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Born November 8, 1930, in Guilford County, she was the daughter of the late Edgar and Eula Frazier Williams. On May 7, 1960, she married Boyd Harrison who preceded her in death on March 23, 2005. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Fred Williams. Surviving are her son, Michael Harrison, of Trinity; three brothers, Clay Williams, of Thomasville, Donnie Williams, of Archdale, and Carl Williams, of High Point; one sister, Mrs. Doris Krueger, of Randleman; and several nieces and nephews.
