Guy Leroy Briles Dies

Guy Leroy Briles, age 80, of Aumsville, Oregon passed away November 6, 2012. Memorial service will be Saturday, November 17 at 2 p.m. in the Bethel Baptist Church in Aumsville. Born June 6, 1932 Marion County, Oregon to the late Dewey Sylvester Briles and Bertha Leimkuhl Briles. He was preceded in death by a son, Steven Mitchell Briles on December 13, 2011. The Briles Information Network has received late word of the passing of Steven Mitchell Briles who passed December 13, 2011 in Aumsville, Oregon. According to news reports, Briles either drowned or died of hypothermia in Mill Creek of Aumsville. Weddle Funeral Service in Stayton, Oregon handled the body, however no full obituary was posted there or in the local newspaper. Briles is the son of Guy Leroy & Lena Lori McTigert Briles.
