A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at the Sherwood Oaks Christian Church. With Rev Alan Phillips Officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens in Bloomington. Visitation will be held from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Monday, January 23, 2023, and from 10:00 AM to service time Tuesday, January 24, 2023 both at the church.
He was born September 30, 1959 in Martinsville, Indiana the son of John Riley and Dolores Ann (Calhoun) Briles. He married Terri Kay Ranard on October 29, 2005 in Bloomington, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Dolores Briles; his wife Terri Briles who passed away on December 23, 2022.
Kevin is survived by his children, Travis Briles of Spencer; Josh Briles of Bloomington; Mackenzie (Trey) Smith of Loogootee; Brandi (Shawn) Langley of Spencer; James Ranard of Bedford; five grandchildren, Shawn Austin Langley; Nickolas Langley; Brenna Langley; Katelyn Nichols and Ryan Langley; and two great grandchildren, Jackson Langley and Garrison Langley; a brother, Craig (Marci) Briles of Bloomington; and four nephews.
