Walter Edgar Farlow Dies

Walter Edgar "Buster" Farlow, age 76, of Asheboro died Friday, October 24, 2014 at Randolph Health & Rehabilitation. A memorial graveside service will be held Sunday, November 2, 2014 at 2:00 pm Mt. Gilead United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service in the church fellowship hall. Native of Randolph County, son of Herman Edgar & Roella Hunt Farlow. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clarice Presnell Farlow. He is survived by his daughter, Katherine E. Johnson of Asheboro; sons, Jeffrey L Farlow of High Point, Walter Lee Farlow of Archdale, Richard A. Farlow of Trinity; 6 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Butcher, Norma Jean Bowman, Becky Freeman all of Asheboro; brothers, Herman Harold Farlow of Sophia and Anthony Farlow of Asheboro.
