Doris Crotts Beck Dies Today

LEXINGTON-Doris Crotts Beck, 91, passed Monday Feb. 15 2010 at Centerclair Nursing Home. Funeral service 2:00 pm Wednesday February 17, 2010 at Mt. Tabor United Church of Christ; Rev. Darrell Sluder officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Born January 24, 1919 in Davidson County to Charles Michael and Mary Jane Black Crotts. Surviving are one son Bruce Beck and wife Sandra of Lexington, three grandchildren; Timothy Beck and wife Regina, Leah Baker and husband Mark all of Lexington and Julie Matthews and husband Mark, of East Bend, three great-grandchildren; Heather Beck, Emily Beck both of Lexington and Allan Forrester of East Bend, three great great-grandchildren McKinley Baker, Hylton Baker and Sheridan Baker all of Lexington and one godson, Charles Eugene Crotts.
