ASHEBORO-Roy Leon "Corky" Hill, 71, passed Tuesday, April 28, 2009, at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Funeral service 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2009 at Antioch Baptist Church; Rev. Lee Greene officiating. Burial will be at Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery. Native of Randolph County. Surviving are wife, Betty DeHart Hill of the home; daughter, Allison Stanley of Asheboro; son, Phillip Hill of Asheboro; sisters, Joyce McGee and Hilda Briles, both of Asheboro; brothers, Bob Hill and Tom Hill, both of Asheboro; two grandchildren.-Ridge
