Born March 5, 1936 in Randolph County, the daughter of the late Lucille Trotter and Troy Hoover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marion Fricks and sons, Douglas and Lynn Hicks.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Kathy Poore of
Salisbury; brother, Alvin Hoover (Sandra) of Sophia, NC; sisters, Reba
Floyd (Thurman) of Asheboro, Lois Hoover of Asheboro, Vona Mae Caviness
(Joe) of Seagrove, NC, and Wanda Thornburg of Asheboro; grandchildren,
Buffy Marlowe (Mark) of Salisbury and Jody Morgan (Jeff) of Salisbury;
and great-grandchildren, MacKenzie Morgan of Wilmington and Brittany
Hill of TN.
