Ramona A. Briles Smiley, 81, of Plainfield, passed away June 5, 2013. Memorial services will be at 1:00 pm on Saturday, June
15, 2013 in the Our Shepherd Lutheran Church Born February 28, 1932 to the late Austin and Helen (Scott) Briles in
Plainville, IN. Survived by two
daughters, Tina M. Hand and Tresa A. (Gary) Strakis; two brothers,
Norman Briles and Bill Dawson; 4 grandchildren, Joshua (Megan) Hand,
Matthew Hand, Andrew and Rebecca Strakis; 2 great grandchildren, Lauren
Hand and Spencer Pippen; and Rosie the dog. She was preceded in death
by her husband, William I. Smiley, a brother, Gene Dawson and a sister,
Nancy Hinkle.
